
My work over the years has involved people from all walks of life and all ages, and at every stage of personal development.
Much of our experience of life is shaped by how we perceive ourselves and the world around us. These perceptions greatly influence our choices, relationships, and sense of possibility – until we begin to question them.
My role is to help you to see patterns that are often missed, and to question the relevant perceptions that are creating blocks or unwanted behaviour.
In our sessions I may use CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy), coaching techniques, NLP, hypnotherapy, Emotional Freedom Technique, nutritional support, or a combination of these.
Techniques are just tools; the most important things are trust, confidence, and understanding.
Many of my past clients stay regularly in touch. They are usually on a path to deepen their personal development. On the roller coaster of life, it is particularly useful to have somebody who understands your journey and can help you unravel new layers of contradiction and navigate challenges as they arise.
Individual Therapy
I work with people who are struggling with issues such as:
- anxiety or persistent worry
- depression or low mood
- relationship difficulties
- loss, grief, or major life changes
- uncertainty about life direction or purpose
- feeling stuck in repeating patterns
I tailor my sessions to suit the client; there is no one-size-fits-all. Since the pandemic I have found that working online works just as well as in-person sessions, often better for various reasons.
My aim is to understand your unique experience and work with you toward contentment.
Mentoring for Therapists
There are times when healers need a space to support them personally, often aside from professional supervision. I provide a place to work with our combined insight to view things from a different perspective.
Even those who have done years of personal development find times when a like-minded sounding board is extremely helpful. That’s me.

First Steps

Intensive Retreats
An intensive retreat involves a three to five day stay, either in France or the UK, where we will work together for several hours a day, with breaks to process and relax. Each retreat is completely unique and geared to your individual needs.
Group workshops are arranged on request.
