My job is to walk with you to find your own path and to walk on it with confidence.
What I have found over the years is that almost all problems that people have in their working lives, relationships and personal happiness comes down to how they perceive themselves and life around them. The perceptions are picked up from before we are able to speak, and continue until we confront them with the test of truth. The problem is that the ‘feel’ true, and so we are usually already some way along on our life path before we confront them. Some never do.
Misperceptions affect our self-worth, our ability to succeed, to have fun, and to form good relationships with others.
Whether the symptoms are anxiety, depression, addiction, loss of confidence, feeling stuck, or difficulty maintaining your health – it will come down to your beliefs and thoughts.
Very early on in my own path finding mission I discovered that chemicals, hormones, food and stress play havoc with mental health – so do not be surprised if you find that changing the way you care for your body is something that you will need to seriously work on. A bit of a catch-22, I know, but we will work on that too.
The journey to becoming your best self starts with feeling uncomfortable. It’s a gnawing inner knowing that you could be something else, somebody else even. You know that you aren’t where you want to be, or the person you want to be. You aren’t loving your life. You may not know where to start.
