When you don’t feel good enough..
A lack of self-esteem affects our relationships, efficiency, and every aspect of our lives. Another person can see you without all your ‘stories’ and ‘filters’ about yourself, and help you to rediscover the person you were always meant to be.
My personal approach to confidence issues is holistic, and I try to cover all bases.

“I am not good enough.”
