How I can help you

I have combined a variety of powerful techniques to create my own unique approach.  I work intuitively, flexibly and creatively as each person is unique.

Depending on what your goals are – anger Management, managing stress, relationship counselling, dealing with anxiety, building confidence, or managing your thinking and behaviour, these are some of the ways we can work together:

As an Executive Coach or Life Coach:

We will work together to set you on a path of learning and discovery. I will coach you, motivate you and help you to be the best ‘you’ that you can be! We can work together as often as it suits you, either at my office in Surrey, online, or on the telephone. (Read more about Life Coaching here.)

As a Spiritual Guide and Counsellor:

I work with you where you are now. My job is not to tell you what to believe, or what happens in the after-life. My job is to help you to align with your soul and your soul purpose.

In all spiritual teachings, since time began, there are essential principles and truths which are never changed. When you are in alignment with these truths, your life will change to one of joyful creativity. (See Transpersonal Counselling)

As a Hypnotherapist, NLP, EMDR and EFT Practitioner:

I will work with you at a deeper level to bring about change and healing in a natural and safe way. I will also give you access to Hypnotherapy audios or, if it would benefit you, record your sessions for you to listen to at your leisure.  (See more about Hypnotherapy)

As a Mindfulness Teacher

We will discover how your thinking is affecting your life and behaviour, and you will learn how to train your brain. This is essential learning to take control of your life.

Using Kinesiology

I may sometimes use ‘muscle testing’ when appropriate for my clients to access the sub-conscious mind.

As a Transpersonal and Integral Therapist:

I use Integral Theory in my work – which means that all aspects of you and your life / our lives and our world are taken into account – body, mind and spirit.

The emphasis will be on self-growth, self-discovery and self-awareness.


Despite having trained as a nutritionist, I only use this knowledge to help you find balance in your body. “You are what you eat” is not just a clever saying, it is true. What you take into your body affects your mood and therefore your behaviour. I do not prescribe, but will make recommendations regarding foods to avoid, nutritional supplements and dietary needs.


I will not hesitate to refer you to a colleague who is better qualified than myself in a particular area of need.
