You may be even more surprised to know that it is not always in your mind! Many disorders such as depression, anxiety, and even obsessive thoughts, can be caused or made worse by unbalanced chemistry in the body, and what you eat is vitally important! Why? Because anything that stresses your body will create ‘fight or flight’ chemicals and your body will react with panicky feelings. Your mind will then try to find meaning for those feelings and the cycle of stress gets worse.
We have all had fear, and fear is a good thing that helps us to stay safe. It is when fear becomes irrational and is affecting your life, personality and relationships that it becomes debilitating. The easiest way to deal with it, is to get some expert help. What have you got to lose? Only the fear itself!
